SERVICE DESCRIPTION:

The IT (Innovation Technology) Investment Architect® provides executive-level services that enhance an organization’s ability to perform innovation technology-related capital planning and investment controls. The IT Investment Architect® provides liaison-related services between executive management and technical staff. The IT Investment Architect® requires experience in technical, operational, business process control and organizational change management disciplines.

Provide technical leadership coaching.
Facilitate cross-team integration efforts.
Translate technical issues into business terms.
Recommend enterprise architecture-related productivity best practices.
Aid clients in the development of vendor and product selection criteria.
Recommend mentoring and training for solutions architects and lead developers.
